1. Return & Refund Policy

At Pashbella, we want you to love every purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, please review the following conditions and process carefully before requesting a return.

1.1 Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1.2 Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations

1.3 Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any opened, used, or partially used products.
  • Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., minor dents or scratches) if the product itself remains intact and usable.
  • Change-of-mind returns once the order has been processed or dispatched.

1.4 Return Process

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at pashbellapartners@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief explanation of the issue
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the product’s condition or damage

Please note that our team will respond within 1–2 business days after reviewing your request.
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

1.5 Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer either:
    • A replacement product (if available), or
    • A full refund to your original payment method.

1.6 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund transaction.

1.7 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
  • Pashbella is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return parcels.

1.8 Right to Refuse Returns

Pashbella reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
